Training our employees is the key element to providing quality services to our customers.

We conduct a thorough Employee Orientation program for all employees, whether they are management, supervisory or cleaning staff. The purpose of this program is not only to make the new employee feel welcome and part of the organization but also to make certain they understand exactly what is required of them as an employee. We must be sure our employees make the connection between quality service and customer satisfaction. Being sure they know what their job is and how to do it safely and efficiently is a must.

Once orientation is completed, on the job training begins.

In all cases, training and instruction is provided to a new employee by the Team Leader or Site Manager. Direct, hands-on instruction is the preferred method of training for the cleaning staff.

The Site Manager and Team Leaders will continually instruct, direct and monitor their employees for compliance to our client’s cleaning specifications and expectations.
